You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. 

To qualify, items must be:
- In the same condition as received (unworn/unused)
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

The cost of the return shipping label will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided at checkout, based on item availability and the shipping method selected.

We offer free shipping on all qualified orders.

If your order does not qualify for free or expedited shipping, you will be notified via the email provided at checkout. Certain items—including high-value pieces, oversized or heavy objects, furniture, art, and books—may require an additional shipping fee. After purchase, CASPER CHŌA will provide a custom shipping quote based on the item’s size, type, value, and destination.
